As we approach the busy holiday shopping season, shipping carriers are preparing for their annual peak season rate adjustments.
Like previous years, these temporary increases help carriers manage the higher shipping volumes associated with the holidays and will affect CustomCat shipping rates from October 15, 2026, through January 17, 2027.
Here’s what to expect:
- $0.40 – Economy shipments within the contiguous US
- $0.60 – UPS Ground shipments
- $2.00 – Economy shipments to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico
- $2.00 – UPS 2nd Day Air & Overnight shipments
These temporary surcharges will be applied to applicable shipments during the dates listed above.
