Step-by-Step: How to Connect a Shopify Store to Your CustomCat Account

 

Connecting your Shopify store to CustomCat takes just a few minutes. Follow the steps below to install the app, authorize your account, and get ready to start selling.


1. Log In to CustomCat

  • Go to customcat.com.

  • Click the Login icon in the upper-right corner and sign in to your account.


2. Open the Setup Wizard

  • Once logged in, you’ll land on the app homepage.

  • Click “Connect a Store” from the Setup Wizard,
    or use “Connect Store” in the left-side navigation.


3. Choose Shopify

  • Click “Connect your first store to start selling”

    If this is not your first store, click “Choose Platform” from the right-hand panel.


4. Install the CustomCat App

  • Under Shopify, click Connect to open the Shopify App Store.

  • Click Install and log in to your Shopify store if prompted.

  • Continue through Shopify’s prompts to finalize the app installation.


5. Confirm and Authorize the Connection

  • After installation, click “Install App” to return to your CustomCat dashboard.

  • Your Shopify store is now officially connected.


Final Steps: Confirm Your Store is Linked

  • In CustomCat, click “Store Dashboard”.

  • Your Shopify store should appear in the dropdown menu.

  • Alternatively, go to Installed Apps in your Shopify admin and click “CustomCat: Print on Demand” to access your CustomCat dashboard.


You're Connected!

Your Shopify store is now integrated with CustomCat. You can start creating products, exporting listings, and managing orders directly through the app.
