Step-by-Step: How to Connect an Etsy Shop to Your CustomCat Account Guide
Connecting your Etsy shop to CustomCat only takes a few minutes. Follow the steps below to link your store, authorize access, and complete setup so you can start selling.
1. Log In to CustomCat

Visit customcat.com and click the Login icon in the upper-right corner.

Sign in to your CustomCat account.
2. Open the Store Connection Menu

Click “Connect Stores” from the left navigation panel.

If no stores are connected yet, click “Connect your first store to start selling.”

If you’ve already connected other stores, click “Choose Platform” from the menu on the right.
3. Choose Etsy

In the platform list, click “Connect” under the Etsy icon.
4. Connect and Authorize Your Etsy Shop
⚠️ Important: Before connecting, make sure your Etsy account is fully set up and has at least one published listing.

Click “Connect to Etsy.”

You’ll be redirected to Etsy’s login page.

Log in to your Etsy account and grant CustomCat access to your shop.

After authorization, you'll be redirected back to CustomCat automatically.
5. Complete Your Store Setup

In CustomCat, fill in your store settings, including the name and address to be printed on shipping labels.
6. Save Your Changes

Scroll down and click “Save Changes” to complete the setup.
7. Review Store Settings

Click through the Account, Shipping, and Orders tabs to configure store-specific preferences.

8. Verify Your Connection

Go back to the Connect Stores section.

Your Etsy shop should now appear in the list of connected stores.

Your Etsy store is now linked with CustomCat. You can begin creating products, exporting listings, and fulfilling orders directly from the app.
