Fix Etsy Integration Error: Unable to Sync, Export, or Access Orders in CustomCat
To resolve the “Error Processing Request” issue, your CustomCat integration with Etsy needs to be reauthorized. This step is required to restore order processing and allow new product exports to Etsy.
To reauthorize your integration, follow these steps:
- Log in to your CustomCat account and go to the Connect Store tab.

2. In the "Connect a Store” section, click “Choose Platform” > Choose the Etsy platform and click “Connect.” > “Connect to Etsy”



You will be directed to Etsy to log in to your account and grant CustomCat the necessary permissions or back to your CustomCat view.
Once you have authorized the connection, your Etsy integration will be updated, allowing CustomCat to accept your orders automatically and export pending products in your CustomCat app!
Please note that failure to reauthorize your integration may result in delays in order processing, which could ultimately impact your business.
