I just exported my first product using the CustomCat Etsy integration—why is it showing as a draft in my Etsy store and not published?

Etsy charges a $0.20 fee for each new or renewed listing. This is why products you push to your Etsy store with our generator are saved as drafts. You need to activate them yourself, and only when you do it, the $0.20 fee is charged. 

To publish an Etsy listing from a draft, navigate to your Shop Manager, select "Listings," then "Drafts." Locate the draft you want to publish, make any final edits, and click the "Publish" button.
