How to View or Change Your CustomCat Subscription Plan

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Log in to Your Account

Go to CustomCat.com and log in with your account credentials.

Step 2: Navigate to Settings

  • From your dashboard, click Settings in the left-hand navigation menu.

  • Select the Subscription section within the Settings panel.

Step 3: Review Your Current Plan

  • Your current plan—CustomCat Lite or CustomCat PRO—will be listed in the Subscription section.

  • If you’re a new user, you’ll be on the CustomCat Lite plan by default.

Step 4: Update Your Subscription

To switch plans:

  1. Click the Change button in the Subscription section.

  2. Select your preferred plan and confirm.

After updating your plan:

  • Subscription billing will adjust based on your new selection.

  • Product pricing will also update to reflect the pricing tied to your chosen plan.
