Do you offer private labels, neck tags, or custom packaging?

At this time, CustomCat does not offer custom neck tags, labels, packaging, or inserts. Our fulfillment system is fully automated, which enables us to produce and ship orders quickly and efficiently. Custom requests on a per-store basis would significantly slow down operations and impact fulfillment speed across the board.

We are actively exploring custom branding options for the future, but nothing is planned for immediate rollout.

All orders are shipped in plain white-label packaging, with your store name and return address on the shipping label — your customer will never see the CustomCat name. This helps strengthen your brand and keeps the experience consistent for your buyers.
