Need help with an order, account issue, or technical question? CustomCat offers multiple support options depending on your specific need. Follow the steps below to contact the right team quickly and efficiently.


🛒 1. For Order-Related Support

If you need to report an issue with a customer order (e.g., damaged item, misprint, incorrect product), submit a support ticket directly from within the order.


Step-by-Step: Submit an Order Support Ticket

  1. Log In to your CustomCat account.

  2. Click “Orders” in the left navigation.

  3. Select the store where the order was placed.

  4. Go to the “Processed Orders” tab.

  5. Locate the affected order:

    • Click the “Support” button next to it
      OR

    • Click into the order, then select “Report Issue”


Complete the Support Form

  • Select an Issue Category
    Choose from the list of support topics (e.g., misprint, defect, wrong item).

  • Select Products
    If applicable, choose which product(s) in the order are affected.

  • Upload Photos
    Attach clear images to help the support team review the issue quickly.

  • Request a Solution
    Let us know your preferred resolution—e.g., replacement, refund, or other.

  • Submit
    Click “Submit” to generate your support ticket.

📧 You’ll receive an email confirming your ticket was created.
