What should I enter as the return address in my account?
We recommend that sellers use their own company address for return labels, since CustomCat does not process returns on your behalf. You can customize this address in your CustomCat Store Settings. To update it, go to Settings > Store tab, select your store from the dropdown menu, and scroll to the bottom of the page to the Shipping Label Information section. Make sure the address entered is exactly what you want printed on your labels.
