Why aren't my orders on BigCommerce syncing with CustomCat?

If your BigCommerce orders aren’t syncing to CustomCat, the most common reason is that the order status in BigCommerce isn’t set correctly.

For CustomCat to automatically process an order, its status in BigCommerce must be set to “Awaiting Fulfillment.”

If the order is in any other status, such as “Pending,” “Awaiting Payment,” or “Partially Shipped”, it will not be pulled into CustomCat for processing.

How to Fix It:

  1. Log in to your BigCommerce admin panel.

  2. Navigate to Orders.

  3. Locate the affected order(s).

  4. Update the status to Awaiting Fulfillment.

Once updated, you can go into your Pending Queue in CustomCat and process the order from there.
