Why is it saying I'm sold out of items in Shopify when I know those items are in stock?

If it says something is sold-out on Shopify even after updating everything


This means you need to add the CustomCat shipping profile to your general shipping rates profile in Shopify.


In Shopify, click on "Settings" > "Shipping and Delivery" > "General Shipping Rates" >


Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page, it should say CustomCat "not shipping from" and this is where you need to add your rates.


As soon as you add shipping rates with CustomCat, the products will say in stock on Shopify for all products with CustomCat.
